WAVE Futura guarantees two types of return: Return for exchange, and Return for rescission (return with refund).


Any unused purchased item may be returned to exchange for a different size or color, or for a garment of equal value.

Return costs: No additional charge for the Customer of the European Union. For all other countries, the return costs are charged to the customer.

Whitin how many days? Please send your request within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

How to return?

  • STEP 1: In order to obtain authorisation to return goods, please send an email at
  • STEP 2: Once we receive your request, we will send you an email of acknowledgement and the UPS prepaid shipping label to be affixed to the parcel.
  • STEP 3: Whitin 14 days from receipt of the shipping label leave your package to an UPS POINT or call UPS to schedule a collection.
  • STEP 4: As soon as we receive your package and we verify compliance with the Return Conditions, indicated below, we’ll send you the replacement items.


  • 1. Returned goods must not have been worn apart from trying them on, must not have been washed or altered and must not show signs of having been used.
  • 2.The replacement is valid only for the same items in different sizes or colors or for different products but of equal value.
  • 3. The replacement of the same article in a different size / color is possible only once.
  • 4. Every item must be returned complete with all labels and the original packaging accompanying the order. Goods must be returned in the WAVE Futura box.
  • 5. The return of the orders by the customer must take place exclusively via the UPS courier as per our instructions. Only in this case it will be free (within EU).
  • 6. Returns authorised by WAVE Futura must be sent from the same country to which the original order has been delivered.
  • 7. Items must be returned to WAVE Futura in a single package. We reserve the right not to accept items of the same order returned and sent at different times.

If Customers receive faulty goods we reserve the right to request photographic proof prior to authorising the return of that defective goods.


Customers have the right to rescind from the contract and return the purchased goods, as per Italian Legislative Decree n° 21 dated 21/02/2014, within 14 (fourteen) days, from the day on which they gain possession of products. Customers must realise that this right to rescind cannot be exercised in the case of bespoke and/or customised products.

Return costs: All costs incurred for returning cancelled goods are to be borne by the Customer.

How to rescind?

  • STEP 1: In order to rescind from the Order and return the goods, please send a mail to us at If you decide not to send a mail, you should still send us a letter to our address indicating the order number and your identification data or inform us in any different way.
  • STEP 2: Once notified of your intention to rescind from the contract, we will send an email of acknowledgement and an UPS prepaid shipping label to be affixed to the parcel. The cost of returning goods (prepaid shipping label) will be deducted from the amount refunded.This cost is equal to the standard UPS shipping cost incurred during the purchase.
  • STEP 3: The goods must be returned within 14 days from receiving the prepaid shipping label. Please bring the package to an UPS POINT or call UPS to schedule a shipment collection.
  • STEP 4: Refunds will be made as soon as the returned goods reach our warehouse and the items have been checked. Please read our Return conditions


  • 1. If Customer rescind from the Order, he will be refund of all payments incurred including shipping costs, as soon as the returned goods reach our warehouse, and in any case within the terms of the law.
  • 2. Goods must be sent back whitin 14 days from receiving the prepaid lebel. After this deadline the refund will not be made.
  • 3. Said refund shall be effected using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; the Customer shall not, in any case, be expected to bear any costs linked to the refund.
    • - In the case of orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be credited to the Customer's account after roughly 10 (ten) days and will appear on the Customer's next credit card balance. Refund times may vary depending on the actual credit card bank circuit.
    • - In the case of orders paid via PayPal or bank transfer, the refunded sum will be credited to the original account.
    Refunds are paid in the original currency used for the purchase. Any differences due to fluctuations in the exchange rate cannot be refunded.
  • 4. The return costs are charged to the customer. WAVE Futura send a prepaid shipping label and it’s cost is deducted from the amount refunded.
